We are a Three Star (Tourism Grading Council) establishment and are situated on the South Coast between Umkomaas (3km) and Scottburgh (8km), just off the Old South Coast Road (R102).
We have got a 180 degree view of the ocean and are just 200meters (2 minutes) walking distance from Umkomaas beach which is popular for swimming, surfing, snorkelling, fishing and hiking. Unfortunately there is no straight access onto the beach from the property.

Wake up early to a breath taking sunrise and watch the whales and dolphins swimming past to an unknown destination.

For those who would like to go deep sea fishing, or go snorkelling, deep sea diving or shark diving at the world famous Aliwal Shoal Reef, all arrangements can be made through us.
Golf players are welcome to try their putting skills on one of the country's top golf courses just 2 km away from us.

We would gladly accommodate you in any one or more of our 3 sea facing or 6 non sea facing units which is completely self catering and different in sizes, each with a fully equipped kitchenette, and serviced on a daily basis. We also do serve a full breakfast on request in our conference dining room overlooking the ocean.

We have 1 sea facing and 1 garden swimming pool with a few braai areas on the property and for your entertainment there is also a conference room with a cinema, pool table, table tennis, dartboard and various board games.

We also cater for functions, small weddings and corporate meetings. Small church and youth camps of up to 35 people. The conference room is also equipped with an Audio Visual and PA system with a 3 X 3 meter screen.
