addition to the main thatch home, there is a further guest villa and another
separate 2 bed roomed house with it’s own access. This is truly an ideal
"getaway" for a large group of more than 10 people. The main home and the villa
are rented out on an exclusive basis and you will never share the facilities
with other guests.
The main thatch home is set on two levels and exudes an air of total serenity,
with high exposed beamed ceilings and wood window frames to compliment the
naturalness and tranquility of the surrounds. Truly a bird watchers paradise.
There are 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite), a study, 2 lounges, 2 bathrooms, a guest
bathroom and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen.
A further fully self contained guest villa is adjacent to the main house and
overlooking the pool area. This comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms,
large lounge, open plan dining room and fitted kitchen. This villa faces the
gardens, and in addition to their own patio area, the swimming pool patio offers
ample additional relaxation space.
The 3rd separate house has a private entrance, that leads into a private garden
area. There is an open plan lounge / dining and kitchen area leading onto the
front patio. The kitchen is fully fitted with a stove and microwave and a double
door fridge/freezer. There are 2 bedrooms that are both en-suite.
The entire woodland property sits behind a secure access gate. The absolute
cherry on the top are the sands and Indian Ocean literally "just down the
street."
