This 1.5 bedroom apartment is across the road from the beach, on the upper level with lovely seaviews.
It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, and a ½ open room with 2 built in bunk beds, an open plan kitchen/lounge area.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric kettle, toaster, microwave, a 4 plate stove top and fridge/freezer.
The unit provides linen and TV. Guests must bring their own decoder and smart card.
It is necessary to bring your own beach and bath towels.
The building has two elevators.
The garden is a large playground for children to play and run around in, it has swings and a little jungle gym. Tthere are 2 pools, one adult pool, and a kiddies pool.
There are plenty of built in braais, concrete tables and benches for your convenience.
There is a coin operated laundry area that consists of 2 washing machines and 2 dryers.
There is a 24hr security guard on the property.
The parking is behind a remote controlled gate. The unit includes free undercover parking and one dedicated undercover parking.
There is no cleaning service, but this could be arranged upon request and subject to availability at an extra cost.
Right next to La Ballito is a small shopping centre consisting of a superette, clothing store, bottle store and a very popular restaurant (Mozambik).
This apartment is a short walk away from Willards Beach and the popular Grannys Pool. Willards beach is where the annual surfer’s competition takes place. When visiting the Mr Price Pro there is no need to drive and find parking, it is right on your doorstep!!
Don’t forget to utilize our lovely 2.5km promenade running along all our very lovely and varied beaches, for the jogger who wants to keep fit during the holidays.
A cancellation fee will be charged accordingly.
No cancellations or existing reservation bookings is exchangeable or to be carried over or moved for a new date. ONLY in the case of the DEATH or Hospitalization of the person for whom the reserved booking was made.
Refunds for cancellations will only be made accordingly to length of notice of cancellation “provided” if and only if an alternative reservation booking for the exact date can be made.
If in any case the guest is unable to “honour” his reservation booking it will be considered as a cancellation.

Arrival time from 14h00 (No exceptions).
Departure time STRICTLY 09h00.
Terms Of Payment
To make the reservation we would require a 50% deposit of the total cost of accommodation.
The balance remaining is payable 21 days before arrival.
Banking account details will be provided when necessary.
This is a private family apartment that is also rented out for holiday letting, it is well maintained and all fixtures are regularly inspected and repaired by the owner.
This apartment is for NON-SMOKING guests only.
Smoking in this apartment may result in a deep clean fee.
Be aware that UVB + UVA sun protection products leave stubborn stains on bedding (Linen) and furniture.
Guests will be held responsible for any shortages due to theft, breakages etc.
No Linen, towels or clothes may be hung on Balconies or windows or outside the building.
No pets/birds are allowed or any group of students/Matriculants.
We do not accommodate the RAGE.
Overcrowding is not allowed. The maximum number of persons children included is (4) four to sleep.
Only the amount of people that is stated, more people than that will be asked to leave immediately.
No disorderly conduct whatsoever is allowed.
Any misbehavior or disturbances will lead to immediate eviction.
Prior to departure, please ensure that the apartment is locked and left in the same condition as it was on arrival.
If excessive cleaning needs to be carried out a R500-00 fee will be levied.
Please remember to drop off keys at same place where keys where collected.(Will give instructions as and when)
We take every care to ensure that TV and appliances are in working order.
Faulty appliances will be attended to as soon as possible and no refunds or discounts will be made in this regard.
