The apartment is ideal for a family of 4 and has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and open
plan kitchen, lounge and dining area as well as a garage.
It is furnished with all main appliances (TV, DVD, CD Player, DSTV, Microwave,
Washing Machine, Oven/Hob, Fridge, Coffee Machine etc).
Tennis racquets, set of golf clubs and boogie boards are available for the kids
to enjoy all facilities the estate and beach has to offer.
For your convenience we also supply a picnic basket, beach umbrellas and chairs
so that you can enjoy the surrounds the Helderberg region has to offer , as well
as the Gordon's Bay and Strand beaches, which flank the Golf Estate.
The estate has a superb 18 hole mash course set in beautiful surrounds. You can
enjoy a relaxing drink at the clubhouse bar after your game or at any of the 2
communal pools.
Braai facilities are available at the communal pools.
The family can enjoy bird watching from various viewpoints on the estate as well
as enjoy long walks along the beach.
All amenities, restaurants and shops are within 2km of the apartment.
