The apartment is on the fourth floor is attractively furnished, with stunning views of the ocean, and tropical garden.
Kyalanga 44 offers you 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge/ dining room, fully fitted kitchen with cutlery and crockery provided.
The sparkling pool is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. A communal braai area is also available for use by guests. No braais are allowed in the apartment.
A laundry is available in the building and a maid will service the apartment during the week. Cleaning service is not available on weekends or public holidays.
24 hour secure under cover parking is available for your vehicle as well as secure off street parking for your guests that may wish to visit.
This apartment is situated right on the beach of Umhlanga Rocks, and has direct access to the promenade and beach. You can enjoy swimming, body boarding, surfing, snorkelling, whale and dolphin watching, deep sea fishing or just relaxing in the sun.
The apartment and garden area is perfect for family holidays or corporate guests. It is within a 5 minute walk to Umhlanga Village and has easy access to good shopping and restaurant facilities, being the Gateway Theatre of Shopping, Sibaya Casino, and golf courses as well as diving facilities. Kyalanga is approximately 15 kilometres from King Shaka International Airport.

To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation.
Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received.
Less than 7 days forfeit the full deposit.
7 to 14 days forfeit 75% of the full deposit.
15 to 21 days forfeit 50% of the full deposit.
21 to 28 days forfeit 25% of the full deposit.
If a booking is cancelled more than 28 days in advance, a cancellation fee of 15% of the value of the deposit will be charged.
There will be no refunds for early departures.
Deposits are not refundable in the event of non arrivals.
Terms & conditions of the booking are accepted on receipt of the deposit.

Terms Of Payment
50% of the total cost of the accommodation must be paid within 3 days of booking. Failure to comply will result in the accommodation being cancelled.
The balance to be paid in full 10 days before arrival.
The preferred method of payment is by electronic transfer. No cash or cheques accepted. Keys will not be handed over if full payment is not received.
The tenant to complete the key/breakage deposit form & supply necessary bank details to effect refunds of said deposit. This will be in an electronic transfer within 7 days of the unit being checked.
Not more than 6 people to accommodate the premises. If this number is exceeded, it will result in eviction.
Visitors must abide by the rules, no parties, noise levels must be kept to a minimum to avoid causing a disturbance to other occupants in the complex.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
No pets permitted on the premises.
Tenants to please ensure all windows & doors are locked on their departure, monkeys are a problem & do enter the premises. Please do not feed these animals.
