Akasia is a newly built fully equipped self-catering holiday home. Sleeps 8 people. Three bedrooms (one downstairs double bed with en-suite bathroom - two upstairs 2x single beds with beautiful mountain/seaviews + sleeper couch for 2 in TV-room and full bathroom).

• Kitchen: dishwasher; washing machine; microwave, etc.
• Lounge/diningroom downstairs.
• SABC TV + DStv (bring own DSTV card).
• In- and outdoor Bar-B-Q (Braais).
• Large balcony with sea and mountain views.
• Linen/towels supplied (bring own beach towels).
• No pets allowed.
• House situated 1km from "Blue Flag" beach and lagoon.

Things To Do:

• Spectacular hiking trails (shore & mountain).
• To watch: Wild horses, spoonbills & a variety of wetland birds along the lagoon.
• White-water rafting, tubing or canoeing on the Palmiet River or lagoon.
• Magnificent scenic Golf course (9 hole). Rated #3 in South Africa by Complete Golfer January 2007.
• Tennis, jukskei, bowls, surfing, fishing / crayfishing.
• Whale watching (May to October).
• Explore the quaint shops in Harbour Road with multiple eateries and freshly prepared seafood including perlemoen & oysters + the Abalone Aquarium.
• Enjoy The Betty's Bay with over 1400 species of fynbos being considered the heart of the Cape Floral Kingdom and also considered a WORLD HERITAGE SITE in which is situated the Harold Porter Botanical Gardens.
