Kingstone is a Self Catering Flat set in a quite cul de sac at 7 Adam Tasman
Place, Kloof, Florida, West Rand, Gauteng, South Africa. The flat is
fitted with its own burglar alarm with armed response system which must be set
when the client leaves the residence.
The unit has two separate bedrooms that can comfortable accommodate 4 (four)
people. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed (extra length). The second bedroom
has a Queen size bed (normal length). The beds are fitted with electric blankets
and the bedrooms are fitted with under carpet heating.
The lounge and dining room are open plan and the lounge has under carpet
heating. The lounge has two sofas, T.V. with full independent DSTV, a writing
desk and chair. A printer is available as well as internet access.
The dining room has a table and four chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped including, fridge, freezer, microwave, two plate
stove with oven.
The bathroom in the unit has a bath, shower over the bath, toilet and hand basin.
Linen, bath and hand towels are provided.
Washing and ironing may be arranged on request at an additional fee.
The unit may be serviced at an additional R20 per day.
The property is secured behind electronic gates and there is undercover parking
for up to two vehicles.
Access to airports and highways:
The N1 high-way is within 5 minutes drive. O R Tambo airport is approximately
55kms away. Lanseria International airport is about 30 minutes drive. Airport
transfers may be arranged with a reputable company;
