Kelkiewyn, a self catering family holiday apartment consist of two separate
units each with its own entrance and parking bay in Kusweg (Coast Road),
Tergniet. Tergniet is a small village between Little Brak River and Great Brak
River (between Mossel Bay and George on the Western Cape south coast known as
the Garden Route).
Unit no 1 (bottom) consist of an open space kitchen / dinning and lounge
area, 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds as well as a
bathroom, with a bath and a shower, and a separate toilet. Unspoiled sea view is
seen from the lounge/ kitchen and no 1 bedroom.
Unit no 2 (top) consist of an open space kitchen / dinning and lounge
area, 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 2nd one with 2 single beds and two single
beds in the lounge area, a bathroom with a bath and a shower, and a separate
toilet. Unspoiled sea view is seen from the lounge / dinning and kitchen areas.
Both units have there own indoor as well as outdoor fireplace/ barbeque, dish
washer, stove, fridge and all the necessary utensils. There is a washing machine
available in an outside room.
Linen as well as bath towels are supplied.
DSTV facilities are available.
Whales and dolphins can be watched in season, from the lounge.
Early morning walks on the beach can take you to either Great Brak or Little
Brak River.
The big tidal pool with all the natural pools (with low tide) allow save
swimming for toddlers as well as adults.
Mossel Bay, golf courses as well as Garden Route Casino are 15 km away, with all
the restaurants and game lodges (Botlierskop, Nyaru), steam train etc.
George Airport is 15 km away, with George and all the golf courses 25 km away.
Oudsthoorn is 75 km away with all the attractions.
Knysna is 60 km away with all the attractions.
