The property is situated on the absolute beach front. Literally walk across
the lawn and onto the powdery sands of the beach through the garden gate.
Well positioned to afford solitude, or if you feel the need close to all
amenities. This includes two of the largest shopping complexes on the South
Coast. Between them they house chain stores, a variety of restaurants and six
cinema houses. Also a short drive away are several professional golf courses in
the area. The
Wild Coast Sun Casino is a short 25 minute drive away.
UNIT 1
Situated on the absolute beach front this spacious family home comprises
open plan living rooms of lounge, dining room and fitted kitchen.
French doors in the lounge lead out onto a tiled patio and gardens. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. DSTV facility is provided, please bring along your decoder and sim card to get connected. A DVD player is also provided Sleeping quarters comprise 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the main being en suite with bath, basin and toilet. The second bathroom has shower, basin and toilet. As can be seen in the photo spread below the fixtures and fittings are modern and clean. An all weather covered patio runs the length of 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms lead via French doors onto the covered patio and gardens. This large family home with breaker views easily sleeps 10 persons. Ceiling fans provide coolness during the balmy summer months, and, the floors are tiled throughout for convenience. Security on this home is very good with bars and Trelli-doors fitted, plus the property is fully fenced. A garden jungle gym provides entertainment for the smaller members of the family.

On offer is a large family sized apartment, the three bedroom apartment
upstairs enjoys great breaker views, sleeps 8 and offers open plan lounge,
dining room and fitted kitchen. Sleeping quarters comprise 3 bedrooms and 2
bathrooms, the main being an en suite facility. An added bonus to this family
sized apartment is the wrap round veranda. The lounge and 2 of the bedrooms
have sliding doors leading out onto the veranda. Security is very good, with
bars and Trelli-doors, plus the property is fully walled. A DSTV facility is
