Welcome to Jolie!!!!
Jolie is a bright and colourful 3 bedroom home. It is set in a very quiet and
peaceful area of Leisure Bay. It is 300 m walk from Kidd's Beach and 650 m from
Peter Pan Bay.
Jolie has a 15 m long solar heated swimming pool, where you can
dive in, after that; relax in the sun lounger on the large terrace with a cool
drink. The home has everywhere its own colours and a lot of atmosphere, a
perfect spot for up to 6 people. The turquoise bedroom with queen size bed is
en-suite with shower, basin and toilet. The lavender bedroom has a king size
bed. The apple green bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a separate toilet and
separate bath with shower attachment and basin for these rooms to share. All
linen and towels are provided. Throughout the house there are ceiling fans. The
well equipped kitchen is open plan and has an electric stove/oven, microwave,
fridge/freezer, 2 basins, coffeemaker and a 6 seated table. The lounge is
complete with DSTV/DVD player, it opens onto a sheltered veranda with a 15 m.
solar heated swimming pool, complete with martini seat, water feature and
shower. So you can swim whole year through. Please note, however, that the pool
area is not fenced in, when it comes to small children! On the veranda is a
modern built in braai, for guests to make use of. The home has a single lock up
garage and enough parking place on the fully fenced premises. The house is
fitted with a monitored burglar alarm and outside laser beams, for additional
security. The separate outside laundry houses the washing machine.
Please feel
free to make use of the herb garden and look around for the birds, monkeys, blue
duiker and the bush buck, they are often around in this area, next to the back
garden! Please note: This is the reason that no pets are allowed!
