Janzelle seaview is a stunning 5 bedroom self-catering house located in Dana
Bay in the popular Garden Route, a short drive away from Mossel Bay. Janzelle
seaview enjoys a magnificent 180 degree view of the Indian Ocean and borders on
a natural conservancy area where small wildlife such as gecko, tortoise and tiny
bucks like to visit.
Mossel Bay is famous because it is the only North facing beach in South Africa.
Dana Bay is the perfect base to explore the Garden Route and Little Karoo. Dana
Bay with its natural beauty, pleasant weather all year round, long stretches of
beaches, magnificent sunsets and sea view and lots of outdoor activities, is the
place where a holiday can only be perfect. The Mossel Bay region boasts the
"most moderate climate" in the world beside Hawaii.
Danabaai has a launderette, as well as supermarkets, medical services, liquor
stores, butcheries , pharmacy , hardware store, a filling station, pub, attorney
etc.
Dana Bay is only about 10 minutes drive away from ATKV Hartenbos. It is within 6
km from the Garden Route casino and Pinnacle Point Golf estate. Mossel Bay Mall
is only a 5 minute drive away. George Airport is only 30 km away. Dana Bay is a
favourite destination among anglers and the long white beaches are virtually
unspoiled. The larger Dana Bay area slopes above the beach line providing
residents with an amazing view.

The house compromises 5 soothing decorated bedrooms, each with sea-view and one
with en-suite bathroom; Two bathrooms with shower and bath; Large entertainment
area with braai.
Fully equipped modern kitchen (Cooking facilities include a microwave oven,
kettle, stove with oven, fridge, freezer and all cutlery and crockery.); Outdoor
shower on the premises; Available laundry facilities; Double lock-up secure

There is also some wildlife in the Dana Bay area and these include the Cape
Pheasant, Steenbok, and some Bushbuck. The Dana Bay area is also home to a
variety of birds. The most famous of these are the endangered black
oystercatcher. Vegetation consists mainly of coastal and lime fynbos, all to be
observed from the balconie's of the self catering house.
