| 1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the accommodation rental is payable within 2 days after receiving the confirmation of your booking. 2. The balance (50%) of the accommodation rental is payable 14 days before arrival. 3. A key and breakage deposit of R1,500.00 is also payable 14 days before arrival and refundable within 7 working days of departure if nothing is broken. 4. Payment to be made via electronic transfer or direct bank deposit. |

| Occupancy and Housekeeping 1.The unit ONLY sleeps six people. 2.Check in at 14h00 and check out by 09h00 3.PLEASE NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. 4.Bookings are not transferable. 5.All linen is provided. 6.Bring your own bath and swimming towels. 7.The flat is serviced only from Monday to Friday. No cleaning on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. 8.DSTV available. Important Conditions 1.No keys will be handed over unless full payment has been effected. 2.Please ensure all your personal belongs, taken with you on holiday, are covered by your own insurance. 3.Under no circumstances may more persons than the number reserved for be allowed to dwell on the property. Should a tenant permit this he/she will forfeit any balance of his/her breakage deposit, and we shall reserve the right of eviction and any other steps we may deem fit to recover any damage or loss we may have sustained. 4.Under no circumstances may any furniture inside the flat be moved around or taken outside. Only the patio furniture may be placed on the patio. |
