| Rates: Low season – R1200/day (Minimum stay 2 days) High season – Easter weekend, July holidays – R1800/day (Minimum stay 5 days) Peak season – 14 Dec to 14 Jan – R2500/day (Minimum stay (7 days) Clean-up fee of R300, and refundable breakage deposit R1000 Terms of payment: 20% deposit required for booking to be confirmed. Full payment is required 2 weeks before date of arrival. Refundable breakage deposit of R1000 required with final payment. A clean-up charge of R300 is payable in addition to the rental fee. Payment methods : EFT/ Bank transfer. Cancellation Policy: 50% Refund of deposit if cancelled up to 2 months prior to occupation date. No refund if cancelled within 2 months of occupation date. Rules/Conditions: Valued guests please - Smoking is strictly prohibited at all times - No more than 4 people allowed to stay - No animals allowed on the premises - No leaving cushions furniture/valuables in the rain Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood! No loud parties into the early hours of the morning – thank you for your understanding!! |
