Woodstock, a suburb of Cape Town, is still within Cape Town's city bowl with easy access to the city centre and its many attractions. Views from upper Woodstock, with its fundamentally residential Victorian-style semi-detached homes, reach over the city harbour and the city and Table Mountain rests demurely behind the suburb.

Woodstock is a colourful and vibrant neighbourhood and one of Cape Town's oldest. It has recently become one of the City of Cape Town's improvement districts or CIDs, where commercial ventures are encouraged to set up premises to boost the commercial and residential property markets.

Woodstock has a number of converted warehouses and Victorian cottages, built at the turn of the century, that are easily transformed into trendy character spaces ideal for business. Woodstock is close to the CBD, the Convention Centre, Table Mountain's cableway, the Waterfront, Sea Point's promenade and trendy Observatory with its quaint shops and cafes.
