Mouille Point Village, just outside the city centre of Cape Town and between Granger Bay and Three Anchor Bay close to the V&A Waterfront, is the starting point of a seaside promenade that goes all the way around to Sea Point and is very popular with locals and visitors alike. In any weather, this part of Mouille Point is home to walkers, joggers and families out with their prams.

Mouille Point is perhaps best known for its famous lighthouse - officially known as the Green Point lighthouse - which is the oldest operational lighthouse on the South African coast. It is a popular attraction and obtaining directions for local restaurants, of which there are plenty, will usually involve the red and white striped landmark. Mouille Point hugs the Atlantic Ocean and has wonderful views over Robben Island and Table Mountain. Mouille Point is within easy walking distance of local delis, hotels, a golf course and wellness centre.
