Big Bay
Big Bay is located in Bloubergstrand on Cape Towns West Coast. It is a very popular holiday destination and is only a 20 minute drive from Cape Town city centre. The spectacular Table Mountain and infamous Robben Island allows for beautiful scenery from the beach.

Attractions:
Big Bay is known locally and internationally to be one of the "hottest" surfing and windsurfing beaches on the West Coast of Cape Town. Kitesurfing has also stepped up to become very popular at Big Bay as the conditions are superb. Diving is a favourite on the West Coast too as it is popular for its Mussells and Crayfish. As Cape Town is only approximately 25km away you can also visit the V&A Waterfront and the well known Two Oceans Aquarium. Big Bay is not far from Table Mountain and Robben Island of which both are a must when visiting the Cape. Big Bay also hosts one of the Olympic-distance triathlon races.

Climate:
Big Bay is on the West Coast and it has a mediterranean climate with warm, dry summers and wet, cool winters.
