Botlierskop Game Reserve
Botlierskop is named after the oddly shaped rock formation on the reserve. It is known to have been used in the early days as a look out point. They used to make a fire ontop of it to let the neighbouring farmers that the ship had arrived in the harbour so they could bring their fresh goods.
The Botlierskop Game Reserve is situated between Outeniqua Mountains and pristine beaches and is less than 30 minutes away from the George International Airport which make it convenient for local and international visitors. The reserve boasts a superb restaurant and a spa with treatments for pampering and complete relaxation.
The reserve offers horseback safaris for the whole family. Guided tours, helicopter flights, bush walks, elephant rides and fishing to mention only a few.
