The Rhythm and Hues Music and Art Festival takes place at the end of October
at Lavender Blue in Assagay, The festival features theatrical performances
by popular local comedy actor Ellis Pearson, as well as exhibitions of various
painters, and sculptors. Other exhibits include arts crafts, entertainment for
children, and a delicious and tempting variety of food.
The main attraction at the festival will be the music, which will be playing
all day, and will feature artists such as BeatRoute, the Hinds Bros, Duncan
Ebedes, Rastas @ Work, and the Rise.
The festival begins at 11 AM and wraps up about 8 PM.
