20km south of Margate and 18km north of the Wild Coast Sun and Casino. A selection of shopping centers, bottle stores, take-aways and restaurants are closely situated for your convenience. An atmosphere of tranquil privacy and relaxation is awaiting you.

The house is walking distance (approx. 350m) from the main beach, i.e. Glenmore Beach and rated Blue Flag by the Tourist Association of South Africa (highest rating). Life Guards are on duty during all holiday periods.

The house is double storey with a sun-deck and fully furnished with all the necessary conveniences, self catering with 4x bedrooms, 3x full bathrooms, situated on a stand of 1750sqm. Covered parking is beneath the house (support beams) and is not lockable. A maximum number of 8 (eight) persons (excluding children under 4 years) are allowed to occupy the property. Braai's can be made on the sun-deck (portable braai's supplied) or at the fixed braai at the back of house. Additional facilities include a Jungle Gym, TV, Hi-Fi/DVD/CD Combo Player and DStv (supply your own smart card).

The house is cleaned before arrival and bedding (linen, cushions and duvets) are fitted. Please supply own towels and toiletries. A tumble dryer, iron and ironing board is supplied.

The House
The house has an upper- and lower level and divided as follows:

Upper Level

• Main Part of House: sun-deck, kitchen and lounge area.
• 3 Bedrooms: 2x rooms with double beds, 1x room with two single beds.
• All rooms have built-in cupboards with make-up mirror and drawer.
• 2 Full Bathrooms: 1 with bath and 1 with shower respectively.
• Access: via outer or -inner staircases.

Lower Level

• 4th bedroom with two single beds.
• Small cupboard under stairs.
• 1 full bathroom (shower).
• Access: via ground entrance or inner staircase.
• Outside Service toilet (basin and toilet only).
• Garden, outside braai and washing line.

The Glenmore, Munster area is part of a nature conservation area, consisting mainly of permanent housing and holiday accommodation.

Security consist of burglar proofing on all windows and doors, alarm system (24 hour armed response) and self-sencing external day/night-lights is installed on the outside house parameters. The property is not fenced.
