With only 5 minutes walking distance from the blue flag Ramsgate Main Beach and the
famous Waffle House, you'll have plenty of fresh air to recharge your batteries.
The crashing of the waves at night create a soothing environment for restful
sleep.

- Patio lounge has a full table which seats up to 8 people and includes a
dart board. Enjoy sea and breaker view
- Outside tiled patio and grassed area with sea view is ideal for sun
bathing
- Second outside tiled patio with built in braai and weber braai with sea
view
- Third outside tiled patio is a surround conversation pit with seats to
relax and view both sea and beach
- Ceiling fans are in all rooms in the house
- Outside shower is great to rinse off beach sand and to cool down
- The house is on one level and is conducive to the elderly and frail
- All linen is provided, but please bring your own beach towels
- Double lock up garage and ample parking in the fenced driveway
- Our housekeeper lives on the property and services the house daily to
make it more comfortable for you (there is no additional cost for this
service)
