| Lakehouse rates: Adults R410.00 pppn Children under 12 years R330.00 pcpn Babies under 2 are free of charge if you bring their own camp cot and bedding. There is a minimum charge of R1200.00 a night ( if there are 2 or less people) Sleeps 4 |
| Please note we do not take bookings for 1 night only on a weekend. We do not increase the rate over peak periods, we just have a minimum stay policy. |

| Terms Of Payment |
| A 50% deposit will secure your booking. The remainder will be paid on or before arrival. No credit card facilities. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| 28 days or more before arrival - full deposit returned 15-28 days before arrival - 75% of the deposit retained 0-14 days before arrival or no show - full deposit retained. |

| Rules/Conditions |
| Children 12 years and under at a rate of R280.00 per child per night. Children under 2 years are free of charge, providing you supply your babies camp cot and bedding. Regretfully we cannot allow loud music being played, we have had a problem in the past with sound disturbing our neighbor. |
