| Terms Of Payment |
| Your deposit confirms your booking. Bookings for which we have not received a deposit may be turned away. Please note the deposit amounts detailed below: Deposits - The full amount is payable in advance in the case of a reservation for one night only. - In the case of a reservation for 2 to 4 days, the deposit is 50% of the total cost of your accommodation. - In the case of a reservation of 5 days or more, the deposit is 30% of the total cost of the accommodation. The remaining amount must be received in our account before your arrival, or can otherwise be paid in cash on arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| If you cancel 3 months before the booked date, you will receive the full deposit back. If you cancel less than 3 months before the booked date, you will receive 50% of the deposit back. If you cancel less than 30 days before the booked date, you unfortunately forfeit the full deposit. |
