Grans House is situated in Pennington on the KwaZulu Natal South Coast. Pennington is about 10 minutes from Scottsburgh and about 40 minutes from Durban. It is approx 300 m from Nkomba beach with lovely tidal pools for your kiddies to play in and also has life guards in season. DSTV is available. The house has a swimming pool with net and all the bedrooms and lounge have air conditioners. It is a ten sleeper with one ensuite double bedroom, one double bedroom, a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and a room with two single beds. There are two bathrooms and an extra shower. It has a lovely entertainment area out by the swimming pool with braai facilities and a nice big garden for your kids or pets to play in. It has double garages, servants quarters and a laundry. Three of the four bedrooms have a sea view. It is also just around the corner from Selbourne Golf Estate and about 30 minutes from the Galleria shopping centre.
