Golf House Self Catering is in the peaceful sub-tropical seaside village of
Southbroom situated above the 15th Tee of the Southbroom Golf Course. The Self
Catering Unit consists of an Open Plan Entrance Hall, Kitchen, Dining area,
Lounge TV (with satellite TV) area, and Pub (fully stocked if you do not want to
bring your own). This open plan area leads onto a large patio 10 x 6.6 meters
with panoramic views of the ocean.
Golf House Self Catering is a semi-detached section the owner's house, South
African's Pat and Kate who are on the property and are available for any
problems and information.
Golf House has 5 double bedrooms:
- Albatross Room - On the upper level opens onto private patio and
this joins onto the large patio. This room has twin beds can be converted
into a king bed, a TV, fridge, a
basin in the bedroom and an en suite bathroom with bath and a built in
shower in the bath. This large room has a sitting area with two cane chairs.
- Eagle Room - Lower level - this large room opens onto pool area.
This room has twin beds can be converted into a king bed, a TV, a bathroom with shower only, a fridge and a
sitting area with a full cane suite.
- Birdie - Upper Level - Opens onto the patio. Birdie has 1. a
medium sized bedroom with two twin beds and TV, 2. a bathroom with a bath
and a built in shower in the bath, 3. a small dressing room with fridge and
4. a small sitting room.
- Parr - Upper Level - Opens onto the patio. This medium sized
bedroom has two twin beds and a TV, a separate small dressing room with
fridge, and a bathroom with a shower only.
- Putter - Lower Level - opening onto the pool area. This room is
smaller and has two twin beds and a bathroom with a shower only. It is a
comfortable single room or a small double room. It has a small sitting area
with two cane chairs and a TV.
All rooms have hostess facilities and safes. All rooms are sea facing. All
rooms except the Putter are air-conditioned and in addition the bedrooms have
ceiling fans. Laundry is done on the property. The Golf House is fully fenced
and there is secure parking. There is an unfenced swimming pool for guests
making Golf House Self Catering not suitable for young children. A true beach
getaway and a golfers paradise. Two minute walk to the Southbroom Golf Club and
5 top golf courses within a 20-minute drive. 600 meter walk to beach 250 meter
as the crow flies. Good restaurants in Southbroom.
