situated above the 15th Tee on the Southbroom Golf Course. Golf House is owner
run by South African's Pat and Kate. Golf House sleeps up to 10 people. Guests will
enjoy stylish bedrooms, relaxed lounge and pub. All rooms lead onto the pool or
large patio with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. A true beach getaway 550
meters to unspoilt beach and tidal pool. A golfers paradise - Two minute walk to
the Southbroom Golf Club House - 5 top golf courses within a 20-minute drive.

Albatross Room
On the upper level opens onto private patio with sea views and this joins
onto the large patio. This room has twin beds can be converted into a king bed, a TV, fridge, a basin in the
bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with bath and a built in shower in the bath.
This large room has a sitting area with two cane chairs.
Eagle Room - Lower level
This large room opens onto pool area with sea views. This room has twin
beds can be converted into a king bed, a TV, a bathroom with shower only, a fridge and a sitting area with a full
cane suite.
Birdie - Upper Level
Opens onto the patio with sea views. Birdie has a medium sized bedroom room
with two twin beds and TV, a bathroom with a bath and a built in shower in
the bath, a small dressing room with fridge and 4. a small sitting room.
Parr - Upper Level
Opens onto the patio with sea views. This medium sized bedroom has two twin
beds and a TV, a separate small dressing room with fridge, and a bathroom with
shower only.
Putter - Lower Level
Opening onto the pool area with sea views. This room is smaller and has two
twin beds and a bathroom with a shower only. It has a small sitting area with
two cane chairs and a TV.
All rooms have hostess facilities and safes. All rooms except the Putter are
air-conditioned and in addition the bedrooms have ceiling fans. Golf House has a
large open plan lounge with satellite TV and with a stocked honesty bar. There
is a fully equipped kitchen where B+B guests make coffee and tea or prepare a
snack. The Golf House is fully fenced and there is secure parking. There is an
unfenced swimming pool for guests. Regret no children under 12 and no babies.
