The apartment is exceptionally situated. It is literally across the road from a delightful beach, which are fronted by lawns, and milkwood trees. The beach is say 10 meters away.
There are panoramic vistas across False Bay. On the right are the Hottentot Holland Mountains. Straight ahead is
Table Mountain and Devils Peak. To the far left is
Cape Point. Step across to the beach and enjoy sundowners whilst watching the sunset in False Bay!
Shops, bars, cafes and coffee shops are a few minutes walk from the apartment.
In truth, the property could not possibly be better located.
