This magnificent home has uninterrupted sea views and overlooks the lagoon. It is situated in a secure resort yet totally private. It has an established front garden and paved driveway at the back of the house with a double lock up garage.
The house consists of four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room and bar. It can comfortably sleep 8. There is a large outside patio which extends the whole length of the house. All the bedrooms enjoy the spectacular sea view and lead onto the patio. There is a built in braai.
Fans are fitted throughout the house. Bedding and bath towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine and all the conveniences. The house is fully furnished including TV.
It is an easy 5 minute walk to the lagoon and a leisurely stroll on the beach to reach the breakers. The lagoon is very safe, suitable for families with young children. The beach shop is 200m from the house and ideally situated on the way to and from the beach! The nearest shopping center is at Crossways, about 10min drive from the resort. There are a number of restaurants within a few minutes drive including one on a game farm nearby. East London is a 20 minute drive away and a further 10 minutes to the airport.
