This unit sleeps six , in three rooms which have ample cupboard space.
Two separate bathrooms close and adjacent to all rooms consisting of a shower
and toilet, sanitized and cleaned after every visit to strict standards.
Separate lounge ,offering all the comforts of a TV and DVD player, with Top TV
(to rent at a nominal fee of R 15.00 per day )( Full Bouquet ).
The kitchen is well equipped with microwave ,full oven and hob as well as all
other utensils.
Own private braai facility. Lock up garage providing enough storage for scuba,
fishing and other gear and one more vehicle can be parked in secure but open
parking.
Pets are allowed but with prior arrangement of the owner .
We regret that no smoking will be permitted inside the flat and we reserve the
right to cancel any booking on infringement of this public law without any
refund.
The unit is wheel chair friendly and well suited for senior citizens. The unit
is secure with an alarm and proximity sensors as well as a programmable digital
safe.
We provide all linen and bedding which is changed once a week. ( Please bring
along your own towels ) All cleaning materials are catered for ,dish washing
soap ,hand washing soap as well as bin bags ( we will supply the first two
toilet rolls and the rest is for you to bring with )
We are 500 meters away from two of the most popular beaches Uvongo /St Mikes.
Shops and malls are within 15 minutes walk or 5 min drive to Margate or Shelly
center and other malls are a few kilometers down the road. We are situated along
the Southern Explorer route with sights all round and places to visit such as
Oribi Gorge,Beaver Creek Coffee farm,Wild Coast Sun . And for the avid golfer
you are between 5 and 20 minutes away from three golf courses set in the most
beautiful surroundings. Game fishing,scuba Diving ,Shark cage dives,pleasure
boat trips and Dolphin spotting cruises are the order of the day. Or simply
relax on one of our three blue flag beaches.
