Welcome to Four Ninety Musgrave, an elegant mansion situated on the prestigious Musgrave Road in the heart of Durban's Berea.

Catering especially for businesspersons and travelling couples, we are conveniently located for the business areas of the CBD including the International Convention Centre, Durban North and Berea.

Ready access to the N3 and M4 freeways provides rapid travel to and from Pinetown, Pietermaritzburg, and Umhlanga.

For the holidaymaker, the many attractions of Durban, including the beaches, the Sun Coast Casino, the Botanic Gardens, Kingsmead and ABSA Kings Park stadium are a few minutes away. World class golf courses are nearby, including an excellent municipal course.

Our spacious double rooms are individually decorated and appointed with period furniture. All rooms are en suite with TV including DStv, split level air conditioning and tea making facilities. Off street parking is provided on the grounds via a remote controlled gate.

Our dining room caters for guests wishing to dine at separate tables, or one can enjoy Durban's fine weather by breakfasting on our sundeck. We have a swimming pool set in a delightful garden setting. Secure parking is available, and guests may come and go using individual keys and remotes.

We are a non smoking establishment, but smokers are welcome to indulge on our sundeck or in the garden. After a day's work or play, relax in our den adjoining the deck, or in the pool. Because of the many restaurants in the vicinity, we do not serve evening meals, but are happy to provide you with the facilities of our dining room should you wish to bring in take-aways.

We are equipped with fax, e-mail and Internet facilities.

Four Ninety Musgrave offers you a choice of the following double bedrooms:

• Musgrave Room: Twin beds with full bathroom.
• Essenwood Room: Queen-sized double bed with full bath/shower.
• Berea Room: Queen-sized double bed with full bathroom/shower, with views over the city.
• Greyville Room: Double bed with en-suite shower room, with views over the city.
