Forest Town is situated between Oxford Road and Jan Smuts Avenue and lies midway between the Jo'burg CBD and Rosebank - each about 5 minutes away. Sandton is about 15 minutes. Not far from Wits and RAU Universities, Donald Gordon Medical Institute, Milpark Hospital and Rosebank Clinic. Within walking distance of the Johannesburg Zoo, Military Museum and Zoo Lake recreational park.

The accommodation offered is a garden flatlet with a separate entrance, complete with a fully equipped kitchenette, lounge (with TV including M-Net), separate twin-bed bedroom, bathroom with shower, office/study nook and a private patio. Children are welcome; an extra bed can be provided to sleep up to 2 adults and a child / 1 adult + 2 children. Swimming pool in the garden.
