This is in a very peaceful and tranquil safe gated community within walking distance of St Lucia town and multiple restaurants.
It is a fully furnished 2 bedroomed unit with king size and queen size bed.
Two full bathrooms, large flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, patio braai area in front of porch
Wifi and battery backup inverter system for lights, Wifi, and tv during power outage from Eskom
No heating or stove usage during power outages
Small back-up gas stove provided for boiling water etc during power failures
Pool within walking distance close by for usage in this community
Nice brand new patio table with 6 chairs
We have two air conditioners as well
Installing two additional new ceiling fans, before summer
House cleaning available during stays, for extended days at agreed fee
This is a self catering unit
And not to be compared to a small flat or shared unit in a noisy complex
This is in pure nature within walking distance to beach as well
