Privately-owned & secure 1st floor modern & clean self-catering unit on smallholding on outskirts of town. Very private, Stand-alone unit.(+-1 min drive/ 1km from beaches & restaurants) Great views of the bay & surrounds. We are a lot closer than you think, as pictures cannot do justice!

2 bedrooms (1 x dble-seaview; 1 x dble + single-farmviews); Panel heaters in bedrooms; Large lounge (full DSTV & DVDS available) with large open plan kitchen with all necessary appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dble fridge with ice-maker & in-line water filter dispenser) Large bathroom with spa-size bath & shower; Large outside balcony with braai facilities. Ground floor lawn area.
We have also just installed a 5x2m small farm splashpool.
Animal lover's paradise (buck, owls etc)
No breakfast included.
Kiddies welcome to feed farm animals by prior arrangement (Horse, sheep, chickens, ducks, potbelly pig)
Our own Fresh farm eggs, veggies & braai wood also available at extra charge (we do small scale self-sufficiency farming)

Unit can accommodate 5 people on standard beds provided & an additional maximum of 3 people on camper beds at an additional charge per person - no charge for children under 2 years on camp beds. (Lounge/ kitchen & rooms are large - 1 x extra bed in the 3-sleeper farmview room & 2 x extra beds in the seaview i.e. 4 people to a room or you can set up the extra 3 beds in the lounge area easily)

Views: Sea & Paternoster Bay, Garden, Fynbos (West Coast Fauna & Flora) & Farm

Other Facilities: Access to Fax; Photocopy Machine; Basic Internet Access (no large downloading or web-surfing); Hairdryer, Iron & Portable Fan on request.

Environment: Close to- Beaches; Nature Reserve and is a Malaria Free Zone. We have a lot of natural West Coast Fynbos bushes, bulbs and flowers. Flower season: +-End August to September.

Pets: No Pets Allowed. We have kennel/boarding facilities. (By prior, special arrangement, with full disclosure of details)

Farming activities: Dreamland is situated on a self-sufficient smallholding, with free-ranging chickens, providing fresh eggs daily. Farm animals include free-ranging Chickens, Ducks, Potbelly Pigs, Horse, Sheep & Lambs. Children and Adults can help feed animals by prior arrangement. (mornings and early evenings). Organically grown, seasonal vegetables and herbs, produced in nethouses and tunnels. Pick your own salad - for a better, fresher, healthier alternative to the pre-packaged salad packs! We can tell you upon arrival what is available and you are welcome to pick your own. (Items are charged for at nominal farm price). Real value for money and children can see what is involved and where their food comes from, from start to finish!
