DIE OU HUIS is a historical farmhouse dating from the 18th century on the farm Wilde Paarde Kloof owned by the family VAN ZYL since the start of the farm’s history. It is situated at the foot of the Lange Berg Mountain with spectacular views in a peaceful country environment.

Enjoy a pleasant breakaway to the Breede River Valley 180 km from Cape Town, Robertson 22 km.

DIE OU HUIS is fully equipped for self-catering and easily accommodates 8 persons.

There are 2 en-suite bedrooms, each with a double and single bed; one bathroom has a shower and the other a bath. The lounge has 2 divans that can be combined to a double bed and TV and DVD facilities with SABC channels. You can expand to DSTV on request at your expense.

We supply bedding and towels for indoor use and wood for an outdoor or indoor fireplace in the kitchen.

• 4X4 road can take you almost halfway up the Lange Berg. Bring your quad bikes, mountain bicycles or horses
