De Gunst is a working farm and is situated in the heart of the Swartland only 7km outside Malmesbury in the direction of Riebeek-Kasteel.

It is only a short distance away from restaurants, famous wine cellars, olive farms, 4 x 4 trails, golf course, hotels and the picturesque Riebeek Valley. Enjoy a walk on the farm with scenic views and bird watching along the way.

We offer two spacious, stylish and fully equipped self-catering units, completely private outside in garden. One unit (sleeps 3) has a double- and single bed, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, DSTV, air conditioner, hairdryer and private entrance. The family unit sleeps 5, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, own deck overlooking the countryside, DSTV, hairdryer and private entrance.

The house offers 4 bedrooms - 2 rooms have kingsize beds and the other 2 rooms have 2single beds in each. Sleeps 8 easily. One room with kingsize bed has it's own bathroom with bath and shower and the room has DSTV and air conditioner. There is also another bathroom with shower and bath which has to be shared.

The house has a lounge with DSTV , a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. It has braai facilities and one garage. The house is ideal for a family or a group of people who would like to stay together.

A light continental breakfast can be enjoyed in the privacy of your room or on the patio with magnificent views over golden wheat fields in summer or the yellow canola fields in spring.

Evening meals available on request.
