Dancing Ducks are located on the outskirts of Pretoria. It is in close
proximity of the Bon Accord dam (for the fishing enthusiasts). Horse riding is
within a kilometer radius with Horses strutting past our establishment on a
regular basis. The property has recently been transformed into four cozy self/
catering units (all tastefully decorated) as well as a children's animal farm.
Feeding of the animal's takes place twice a day and guests are welcome to
participate. Ice-skating and cinema's in 10km radius and for those who like
shopping it is all to find at the Colonnade Shopping Centre
# of the units have fully equipped kitchens as in fridge, stove, micro-weave,
kettles ext. One unit has a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. Fresh milk
and rusks will be provided, along with coffee and tea making facilities - for
those who wish to spend the night and hit the road again. A bed and breakfast
option is also available.
We offer pool and braai area as well and a walkway between the roaming sheep,
ducks, rabbits, bucks, and geese. Due to the large pond with water/birds and
peaceful surroundings the location has been blessed with a vast amount of
different bird species and therefore a birdwatchers nest!
The units are as follows;
Kwacker unit: (This unit is connected to main guesthouse)
1x double bed and en suite bathroom. (bath)
2x ¾ beds and en suite bathroom. (Shower)
Open plan dining and living area lounge and bar - DSTV Decoder and TV.
Fully equipped kitchen - stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and braai
facilities.
Wild duck unit: (This unit is connected to main guesthouse)
1x double bed and en suite bathroom(tsuquisy bath)
1x TV room - DSTV Decoder and TV.
Kitchenette - fridge and microwave and dining table.
Seaduck unit1 : (This unit is separate from main guesthouse BUT attached
to the other Seaduck unit)
1x double bed and en suite bathroom (Bath)
1x TV room and open plan bar and kitchen DSTV and TV
Fully equipped kitchen - stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and braai
facilities.
