This face brick double storey house is located in a pan-handle in the
cul-de-sac side of 21st street just off Charles Street in Menlo Park. It is
located between Atterbury Road and Charles Street and easy to find from the N1
highway.
The Menlo Park and Hazelwood shopping centres are within walking distance. Both
centres have a Spar supermarket, pharmacy, greengrocer, hardware store,
take-away, liquor store and small restaurants. The well known Performer theatre
is also located at the Menlo Park shopping centre.

Access is controlled via an intercom system with an electric gate. The
premises are secure and fenced off with electric fencing it is also protected
with an external alarm system. Safe parking is available under the carport.
Guests can enjoy this fully furnished property consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2
bathrooms (one en-suite), lounge, dining room, smaller lounge, kitchen, study
and DSTV. The lounge and the smaller lounge both have doors that open up on an
enclosed patio with a built in braai area. There is also a small garden.
Suite 1 has a queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom and a TV. Suite 2 has 2
single beds. This is suitable for 4 adults. We will unfortunately not be able to
cater for small children.
A full-time servant is available at an additional fee to assist you with the
preparation of meals and your laundry.
The manager lives on the premises.
This is a non-smoking establishment. We do cater for smokers on the enclosed
patio.
No pets allowed.
