Cotswold House is ideally situated in the heart of friendly Port Elizabeth in
the Eastern Cape of South Africa. It is within close proximity to the Newton
Park business district and is located 500 meters from the William Moffett off
ramp from the N2 Highway. It is also suitably accessible to the new Coega
Development Zone. The Airport is conventently situated 20 minutes away.
Cotswold House is owner run and is ideally suited for corporate guests,
participants in sporting events and for tourist accommodation. The atmosphere is
relaxed and friendly with a home to home feel coupled with outstanding service.
Cotswold House provides upmarket accomodation and caters for the everyday needs
of visiting guests.
The guest house consists of five large comfortable, tastefully furnished double
bedrooms all of which adjoin spacious en suit bathrooms. Each room has its own
mini bar. Cotswold House is located in a large and attractive emerging garden
which adds ambience to a pleasant and memorable stay. Secure off street parking
is provided.
Scruptious breakfasts are available either in the dining area or weather
permitting on the adjoining patio. Home cooked dinners are available on request
by prior arrangement should guests wish not to venture out in the evening.
All rooms are equipped with TV sets that provide viewing from the 3 local
channels as well as M Net, 5 sports channels and 2 movie channels. Each room is eqiuipped with an
adequate table should guests wish to work after hours.
Visitors to Cotswold House can enjoy the beautiful Nelson Mandela Metropole
coastline and make use of any of our many sought after beaches. Humewood beach,
our blue flag beach, is half an hours drive from Cotswold House.The Dolphinarium
has been a major Port Elizabeth tourist attraction for many years and is still
enjoyed by young and old alike. Alternately guests may wish to venture further
afield and visit some of the highly acclaimed game parks the most well know
being the Addo Elephant park. Golfers have three 18 hole golf courses to choose
from the most highly rated being the Humewood golf course in Summerstrand.
