Cream and white stylish apartment is situated on the beach, with a huge patio
and amazing 180 degree sea views. Beautifully furnished 3 bedrooms with percale
white linen and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite).
The main bedroom has wonderful sea views and leads onto the large patio, it has
a a queen size bed all in white and lovely modern mirrors. The beautiful
bathroom has a double granite vanity, glass separate shower and bath set in
travertine tiles. The second bedroom has a double bed and shower, toilet and
basin en-suite. The third bedroom has a double bed and a small patio leading
off. The third bathroom is large and has a bath, toilet and granite vanity with
basin. Crisp white linen and bath towels are provided, but please bring your own
beach towels.
The open plan lounge has 2 cream couches and 2 chairs, leading onto the patio is
a large teak table and 6 cane chairs. This also has a nice gas barbeque ideal
for entertaining and perfect for sundowners and dolphin viewing. There is a TV,
(please bring your own smart card.) There are only original pieces of artwork
hanging on the walls, and large marrows.
The modern kitchen is completely fitted and with granite tops, stainless steel
dish washer, fridge\freezer, microwave oven, washer\dryer, stove with glass
oven.
There is 24 hour security and covered parking for one car. The newly built
building has access control and a lovely pool in the garden. lt is near the La
Mercy lagoon which is very popular for kite surfing. Umdloti beach is within
walking distance. It is conveniently situated with Umhlanga, Gateway, Casino,
Ballito and La Mercy air port. All within a ten minute drive away.
