The house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 11, 2 bedrooms are en suit; the other 2 share a full bathroom.
The spacious open plan lounge, dinning room & kitchen open onto a covered patio and pool enclosed in a private garden.
There is a separate fully equipped scullery. The double lockup garage leads into the house. Each room has an overhead fan. The house is fully secured with a linked alarm. The garden is walled with an automated gate.

DSTV bring your own card or arrange to have it switched on for a daily rate.

Built in braai facilities.

Bed linen supplied, please bring your own bath and beach towels.

Pets welcome.

Activities and Amenities

• The beach has good swimming, surfing & snorkelling (life guards on duty at weekends and during holidays)
• It is perfect for long walks with many rock pools to explore.
• For the fisherman the well-known Umdoni Point is a 15 min walk up the beach and there are many more good spots.
• For golfers it is a paradise with 2 world class golf courses in town i.e. Umdoni & Selbourne, 20 km north is Scottburg with Umkomaas a bit further, while south you will find San Lammeer and the Wild Coast Sun.
• There is also a driving range on the Lynton Estate.
• For birders the Umdoni Park indigenous bush has well laid out trails,245 birds have been identified, on any day visit one can expect to see +-50 of them.
• There is a chemist, bottlestore, superette and Laundromat within 200m of the house.
• There is a beach kiosk run by the local environmental group where you can buy great breakfasts, light snacks during the day and dinner on a Friday night and Sunday lunch.
• The local pub/restaurant is with in walking distance of the house
