Coral Beach is a luxury self - catering apartment right on Hibberdene's Blue
Flag main beach. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ( MES ) unit, sleeping 8 people,
ideal for 2 families. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards and ceiling fans, and
all linen and towels are provided. Just bring your own beach towels. The living
area comprises granite top kitchen ( with fridge, oven and microwave
), breakfast counter and open plan lounge, with full DSTV, spilling out onto
large veranda with outdoor dining area and portable braai. Step off the veranda
and watch your kids play in the huge tree on your doorstep or pass through the
access gate onto the main beach and watch the dolphins at play in the waves, or
enjoy sundowners as the sun bids you farewell for another day.
Coral Beach is protected by 24hr security with remote gate access. There are
garden showers within the complex to rinse off the salt and sand from the beach.
If you are a ski-boat enthusiast, Hibberdene is a launching beach, so you can
watch the boats launch and beach all day, hopefully with fish on board!
Hibberdene is a Blue Flag beach and protected by shark nets and permanent life
guards.
Facilities close to Coral Beach:
- Sports Bar and Restaurant within 100m. ( The Jolly Roger )
- Putt - Putt and Super- Tube at Jolly Roger.
- Paddle boats ( in peak season only ) on lagoon on main beach.
- Village centre with Spar, Wimpy, Pep, Bottlestore, Pharmacy etc. all
within walking distance ( 300m )
- Scottburgh is 20 min north.
- Margate is 30 min south.
- Large shopping malls in Port Shepstone and Shelly Beach, with movies,
restaurants and shopping, 30 min.
- Golf and all sports, within 30 min drive, north or south.
- Crocodile farm at Southbroom, Bird Sanctuary in Uvongo and Oribi Gorge
all 30 min drive.
- Wild Coast Sun Casino and Hotel only an hour away.
