This spacious holiday house, situated right on the beach at Salmon Bay, has
sea views and direct access to the beach via a private pathway.
It has four spacious bedrooms a queen-size bed in one room and seven single beds
in the other three rooms (duvets provided). All bedrooms have ceiling fans with
the main bedroom being air-conditioned. Together with a bunk bed in the
playroom the house will sleep ten.
The upper floor has a bathroom and toilet serving two bedrooms and a shower and
toilet downstairs.
There is a TV in the living area with DSTV. The open-plan dining room and living
room open onto the upstairs balcony, both are spacious and comfortable and have
breaker views.
The downstairs area consists of a large playroom which opens onto a patio where
you can relax on the lawn, braai and enjoy the sun or walk onto the beach. The
fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, fridge, chest freezer, washing machine,
tumble drier and microwave oven.
There is undercover parking for two vehicles and space for two more vehicles in
the chain-locked yard. Please bring your own beach and bath towels. A daily
floor service is included by the live-in maid. Beds, dishes and laundry can also
be done at nominal fee.
