The Claridges consists of an upmarket olde-world style block of 20 units overlooking Ramsgate main beach. Enjoy our super secure environment, and all this area has to offer ... scenic walks, 2 safe beaches, 2 lagoons, ski boat launch, beach pool, your choice of popular restaurants, and 2 pubs, all within 5 minutes walk! Claridges borders onto the lagoon, but does not have lagoon access. From the property to the beach is about 100 metres. Park your car and enjoy all this beautiful area offers!

This spacious apartment, which has 2 large furnished patios and a small private garden area consists of a kitchen, diningroom, lounge and 3 bedrooms, (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs). The very large main bedroom with a queen and a "take-two" bed for 2 children, the second with a queen bed, and the third with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms, The main 2 with baths and built in showers, and the third with a shower. This unit has panoramic views across Ramsgate Main Blue Flag Beach, lagoon and out to sea. A lock up carport for one vehicle, and 3 safes are provided. All 3 bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with ceiling fans.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a normal stove and oven, large fridge with freezer, large microwave, electric frying pan, cordless kettle, toaster etc. Items to bring to make your stay more comfortable include beach and bath towels, toilet rolls, charcoal and of course foodstuffs.
