Château la Mer is a newly developed, up-market guesthouse, nestled in the
quiet suburb of Ifafi in Hartbeespoort. Absorb the tranquil surroundings and our
splendid 270° view of the Hartbeespoort Dam and surrounding Magaliesberg
mountains. Enjoy cocktails while relaxing next to our swimming pool and feel the
warmth of the sun on your skin. Here we still believe in excellence through
first class service. The comfort of our guests is our first priority. Attention
to detail plays a big part in our daily operation and we take pride in our work.
Guests can expect luxury accommodations and warm hospitality along with peace
and quiet. Each room has been individually decorated and is equipped with
air-conditioning, flat-screen television, mini bar and complimentary tea and
coffee making facilities. Ample cupboard space is available in every room.
Luxurious, fluffy bath towels are also provided. Every room has sliding glass
doors that provide patio access and views of either the dam or the surrounding
mountains. All our rooms are non-smoking, but guests are welcome to smoke on the
patio. Our room rate includes a full English breakfast and can be enjoyed in our
stylish, French style dining room, or, if weather permits, on the patio where
you can make the most of our excellent view. Lunch and dinner is not provided,
but can be arranged with prior notice.
Château la Mer is ideally situated in close proximity to a variety activities
and places of interest. Nature reserves and animal parks, crafters' markets and
shopping centers, golf courses, adventure sports and an array of restaurants are
all easily accessible in the area.
