The cottage sleeps 4 and (a 5th person can be accommodated on a fold up bed if
required) consists of two large bedrooms, The main bedroom with queen size bed
and second bedroom with two three quarter beds. The main en suit bathroom with
bath, toilet and basin, and dressing room, a second bathroom consisting of
shower, toilet and basin services the second bedroom, an open plan fully
appointed kitchen with microwave oven and all other amenities. A Breakfast nook
and lounge area with DStv decoder for use with own Smart Card, Please note that
if your smart card is married to your decoder you will have to bring the smart
card and decoder to view DStv programs, (SABC 1, 2, 3 and e-TV are also
available if you do not have your own smart card) and a DVD player. All rooms
lead onto a large covered patio (12 x 3 metres) with sea views. All rooms are
equipped with overhead ventilator fans. There is a fenced in courtyard with
braai area (barbeque) a concrete table and benches. There is a lock up garage.

Cancellation Terms : Cancel on arrival or during the stay - the full
payment due will be levied.
Cancel 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, no show - full deposit paid is
forfeited.
Cancel 15 - 28 days before date of arrival - 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full
quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited.
Cancel 28 + days before date of arrival - 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full
quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited
