Chart Manor consists of two separate self-contained dwellings in
Salt Rock on the picturesque dolphin coast (Ballito area) of KwaZulu-Natal South Africa. Both
dwellings have sea views and are a mere 110m from the fully netted and life guarded bathing beach.
Main Cottage
The main cottage sleeps 4 and (a 5th person on a fold up bed if required) consists of two large bedrooms (main bedroom with
queen size bed and second bedroom with two
three quarter beds) with the main en suit and dressing room, a second bathroom consisting of shower, toilet and basin services the second bedroom, an open plan fully appointed kitchen with microwave oven, etc. Breakfast nook and lounge area with DStv decoder for use with own Smart Card,
Please note that if your smart card is married to your decoder you will have to
bring the smart card and decoder to view DStv programs, (SABC 1, 2, 3 and e-TV are also available if you do not have your own smart card)
and a DVD player. All rooms lead onto a large covered patio (12 x 3 metres) with sea views.
There is a lock up garage. All rooms are equipped with overhead ventilator fans. There is a fenced in courtyard with
braai area (barbeque) a concrete table and benches.

There is a barbeque area off the patio and lock-up garage.
There is also a swimming pool at the rear of the cottage.

Cancellation Terms : Cancel on arrival or during the stay - the full
payment due will be levied.
Cancel 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, no show - full deposit paid is
forfeited.
Cancel 15 - 28 days before date of arrival - 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full
quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited.
Cancel 28 + days before date of arrival - 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full
quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited
