Situated on the mountain side, CapestayFH offers magnificent panoramic views
of False Bay, the surrounding mountains and the valley. The front of the
apartment has a balcony with spectacular mountain views which dominate
throughout as well as a view over False Bay. During the months of July -
November (peaking September), the Southern Right whales come to Cape Town's
coastline to give birth to their young, where they also mate and breed.
Location:
This unit is about 1km from
Fish Hoek Town and
Fish Hoek Beach, with a choice of
restaurants and shops which can be found nearby. For more serious shoppers and
the movie lovers there is a Ster Kinekor and a shopping mall only 4km away at
Long Beach Mall. A couple of laundries are available in town and in the valley.
We are only 30km from the centre of Cape Town and/or Cape Town International
Airport and within easy reach of the Winelands and Cape Point National Park.
Accommodation description:
This is an open plan, non-smoking, self-catering apartment (smokers are welcome
to smoke on the balcony). It is suitable for two to
three persons sharing. It includes an open plan lounge / bedroom with double
bed, sleeper couch, a fully equipped kitchenette with
microwave oven, fridge, small stove with utensils. The spacious bathroom has a
shower, toilet and hand-basin. All outside doors are
fitted with safety doors and all windows are fitted with safety (burglar) bars.
Facilities include:
- Television and DVD player (TV1,2,3 and E-TV) DSTV can be arranged at extra cost.
- ADSL Internet connection (by arrangement only)
- Serviced weekly (additional days may be arranged at extra cost)
- Bed-linen and towels (1x bath and 1x face towel per person). Bring own beach
towels as the towels provided may not be removed
from the unit.
- Outdoor Weber barbecue (charcoal and firelighters are not included)
- Off street parking (although this is a safe environment, parking is at own risk)
- Secure environment backed up by armed response and neighbourhood watch.
