The dwellings are on an acre of lush subtropical garden inhabited by a
plethora of beautiful birds. The main building and cottage are designed in Tudor
style both have sea views. Durban North is the mecca for fine wining and dining
especially in the Broadway village, a five minute walk away. The property is a
fifteen minute drive from the New Soccer stadium and Kingspark swimming pool as
well as La Lucia shopping mall and a twenty minute drive to Umhlanga Rocks.
There is an active running/walking community that hosts the top Comrades
Marathon runners that take off each morning from the Broadway village. An art
studio has active art lessons on site on a Saturday morning.
The CandaCraig Cottage has one enormous bedroom with a queen size bed and a sofa
couch for children over the age of 12. There is a full size swimming pool and
the cottage is fitted with a gourmet kitchen for the cooking enthusiast. There
is DStv, full bouquet, a clothes washing service on request.
