With three tastefully appointed units to choose from, the Brown Jug offers quality superior accommodation, centrally located, at very competitive rates. Located just three blocks from the village, the Brown Jug is within easy walking distance from the village, restaurants and the famous whale watching paths. Set on a double stand in a tranquil and leafy garden with sparkling pool, the Brown Jug caters to the self catering tourist. Units One and Two offer the option of self catering or indulging in one of the Brown Jug's famous English breakfast's. Each unit has on site under cover parking. All units have fridges and TV, with coffee and tea making facilities. Panel heaters and hot water bottles in each unit will make up for any alternative weather you may experience while on your visit. The Brown Jug is also close to the golf course and beaches.
Unit One is a cosy but spacious self catering unit and can accommodate two adults very comfortably. The kitchen gives one the option of partial or full self catering but one has the liberty of indulging in a guest house breakfast whenever desired. The unit has a lovely
mountain view from the barbecue patio which overlooks the Koi pond. The bedroom has a king size bed that can be converted into twin beds if necessary. The lounge/dining room with TV can be converted into a second sleeping area for one or two children and the double sleeper couch provides a very comfortable bed. The unit has a full bathroom with separate toilet. With fine attention to detail and decorating, this unit is extremely comfortable for short or longer stays. Panel heaters take the bite out of chilly evenings one may experience and good old fashioned hot water bottles remain favourites. In the summer months the barbecue patio provides the ideal setting for an evening drink and watching the sun set behind Hoy's Koppie.
Unit Two (sleeping two to five) is an extremely spacious family unit comprising two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other a queen size bed. Both rooms lead onto the sunny barbecue patio which overlooks the inviting swimming pool. The lounge has a full lounge suite and dining table and an extra three quarter bed can accommodate a fifth person if necessary. The fully equipped kitchen once again makes self catering an option, but breakfast is on offer in the main house. Each room in this unit has its own colourful theme and fine attention to detail and decorating will no doubt provide a very comfortable and uplifting stay.
