Bontebok Lodge is situated just off the famous Route 62 approximately 22km North of Ronnies Sex Shop Pub, in the Western Cape. Accommodation is upmarket with two Queen size bedrooms both with en suite full bathrooms. The lounge has a large fireplace for the Cold winter nights to enhance the romantic feel. Our kitchen is fully equipped and all you need to bring is your food and drink. The maximum capacity we cater for is six, which includes a double size sleeper couch in the lounge for the kids.

The lodge is nestled on the South end of the Touwsberg Privat Game and Nature Reserve. If you enjoy Nature in true "Vigin" form, then Bontebok Lodge is exactly where you will experience free roaming game as it was when Adam an Eve roamed the planet. The lodge is extremely private and your nearest and only neighbour is almost 1 km away. The lodge is unique in that it is self catering and weekend check out time is ONLY 5pm, thereby allowing you to maximising your time in nature. Come relax and enjoy the BIG Karoo Sky, view a range of game from your patio and identify over 160 species. Game on the reserve include Kudu, Eland, Springbok, Gemsbok, Bontebok, Cape Mountain Zebra, Black Wildebeest, Red Hartebeest, Giraffe, Black Backed Jackal, Bat Eared Fox, Aardvark, Rooikat and Leopard, in their natural habitat.
