BINGLEY PLACE, is a beautiful five bedroomed self-catering home, the Grand Dame and Icon of
Camps Bay, and has a prime location on the sea, only four minutes walk from all Camps Bay has to offer. The Villa is double-storied but has no internal access between the two levels (both on ground floor) three bedrooms above and two below, all en suite, and it is fully serviced Mondays to Fridays.
All rooms have magnificent views of sea & mountains, fan, heater panels, hairdryers, extra length luxury beds with percale linen, clock/alarm/radio/CD players with Ipod connections etc.
Barley Beach is directly below the house, Theatre on the Bay and it's restaurant is only two minutes walk away, and a 4 minute amble to the famous Camps Bay Beach and boulevard with Cape Town's finest restaurants, pavement cafes and shops; close to famous
Clifton beaches, just a drive away from the
V & A Waterfront and spectacular
Table Mountain cableway.
Both levels are self-contained with security systems linked to an armed response unit, electronic gate at private entrance with intercom, single lock up garage plus two dedicated parking bays, satellite TV, DVD's, wireless internet connection, sitting rooms, dining areas and fully equipped kitchens with washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, hobs and ovens.
The upper level 3 bedrooms en suite, is very spacious and luxurious with sun room, pool & pool deck, plasma TV and air conditioners. Two main bedrooms (one with a TV) have King beds, sitting/reading areas, separate showers with big baths opening into bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds made up as a king on request, indoor shower plus outdoor Victorian Bath and private balcony! The open plan granite topped kitchen is off the dining room with piano, and leads to a magnificent pool deck with luxury cushioned loungers, outdoor dining table & chairs, huge umbrella with the best views you can imagine! The inviting sitting room with gas fire leads to the glass enclosed balcony that can be opened up to let the sea and mountain virtually enter the house! This is a perfect place to be to soak in the beauty, relax, read and watch the amazing sunsets appear, each one is unique on a daily basis.
The downstairs 2 bedrooms, both with showers en suite, has an outdoor Shower and Victorian bath! Perfect for either the grandparents or those who want to be have a quiet space of their own. Although smaller in area than the house upstairs, it is warm, inviting and elegantly furnished with KING bed in main, twin luxury beds in 3rd bedroom that can be made up into a KING on request, original fireplace, pay as you go telephone, safe, barbeque, guitar, loungers & umbrella. The covered patio opens out onto an open paved area and garden, perfect for watching the amazing sunsets.
